CLINIC HOURS AND HOW TO CONTACT US

Clinic Hours

Small Animal Services

Routine appointments are available from 9.00am – 5pm on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 8.30am – 12 noon every 2 nd Saturday. Appointments are available at other times by arrangement.

Equine Services

Routine farm calls/clinic admissions are available from 8.45am – 5pm Monday – Friday.

Equine appointments are scheduled for arrival on your farm in time blocks of 1 ½ hours. Our Office will contact you if an emergency has delayed the Doctor’s arrival.

If directed to voicemail when telephoning us, or when contacting us by e-mail for an appointment, please indicate two or more alternate dates and times that will be convenient for you.

EMERGENCIES

In the event of a veterinary emergency call our Office immediately @ 518-329-5213. If directed to voicemail choose from the following options:

Dial “1” for Small Animal Emergencies
Dial “2” for Equine Emergencies

The system will automatically direct your call to the on-call Doctor.

Please ALWAYS leave a callback number, stay by your phone and keep the phone line open so as the on-call Doctor can reach you promptly.

If you have not received a response in 15 minutes please redial 518-329-5213.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL DOCTORS’ CELLPHONES DIRECTLY IN CASES OF EMERGENCY.
